About Us

NAWHIDE is the name behind original, high-quality leather goods for use, gifts, fashion wear or displayed as artwork. All products are manufactured by hand in the owner's home and sold directly in person to customers in eastern Canada, as well as through our online presence. 

NAWHIDE is owned by the BFA artist Niki Warren. I do the customer response, social media, design and all the leather work. I started focusing on leather in 2013. My strength is transforming even the vaguest ideas and descriptions into beautiful leather goods, which not only will last for years but can also be appreciated as its own skilled art form in our mass-produced society.

NAWHIDE prides itself in handmade goods with unique designs and keen eye to detail. We also offer the chance for clients to have individually designed works of art. For the customers who value originality but do not have the time, skills or tools to create such pieces on their own. The result is a personalized, usable and custom design of their own choice.
